Senior Enterprise Account Manager

SITECORE CORPORATION A/S

To develop, service, manage and maintain the growing number of customers in the Nordic and Emerging region, we are looking for an experienced and skilled Senior Enterprise Account Manager with several years of experience within Sales, Account Management, Customer Service and Business Development.

The ideal candidate has great knowledge and deep understanding of CMS, e-Commerce and Digital Marketing

Responsibilities and your role

You will be given the task, responsibility and freedom together with the Managing Director of Sitecore Nordics and Emerging Markets to build, organize and plan how we work with existing customers. You will have a major share in shaping the progress that Sitecore experiences in all our markets and how we will engage with existing customers. The right candidate has the potential to lead the Account Management team of The Nordic / Emerging Markets:

Secure high customer retention

Drive upsell and cross-sell

High customer satisfaction

Manage a portfolio of larger existing accounts across The Nordic Region and Emerging Markets

Develop strategies and plans for how we execute Account Management in The Nordic Region and Emerging Markets

Drive relationships and engage proactively with larger customers

Develop strategies and plans, leveraging knowledge of accounts, decision makers and influencers, to execute existing account sales

Conduct business reviews to develop relationships, develop account plans, support customers to fully exploit and maximize the customer’s investment in the Sitecore Platform

Pro-active communication of new version releases, product positioning to relevant customers to drive adoption and generate opportunities

Manage annual maintenance renewal and uplift negotiation

Manage enquiries relating to assigned customer base

You are/have:

+6 years’ experience in sales and a consistent track record of exceeding targets

Business oriented Digital Marketer with technical understanding

Strong verbal and written communication skills in English

Outgoing and result driven personality

Experience from working with enterprise companies

Understands the Sales / buying process and the politics in a large organization

Experience in consultative solution selling

Data-driven approach to understanding the customer

Can present the value of customer experience software and e-commerce

The desire to be part of a global success and make a difference

Experience and knowledge CMS, e-Commerce and Digital Marketing

Your educational background is not as important as your personal drive, strong communication skills and a measure of business and technological understanding. Having a large network in the digital agency and Solution Integrators would be an advantage.
