Detailed Description



Drive product sales by establishing strong customer relations



Your success is fully dependent on your close relations with the customers, and you are therefore expected to travel about 80 days per year. You will be supported by local agents and partners as well business developers and product managers in order to acquire in-depth understanding of markets and their requirements. Specifically, your tasks will include:



· Maintaining strong relations with our existing customer base and build up solid ties with potential customers.



· Gathering comprehensive knowledge of market and project activities in your territory of responsibility.



· Leading the preparation of technical and commercial proposals which includes communicating client requirements effectively to the organisation and ensure the right technical solutions as well as price and quality.



· Responsibility for the overall sales process towards the customer, comprising technical and commercial proposal presentations until final negatiations and signing of the contracts.





Job Requirements



Sales talent, international experience and technical savvy



· You have a strong background from international sales of industrial equipment and/or plants.



· You have a technical background – perhaps an Engineering degree, and you have a highly international mindset and cultural understanding.



· You speak and write English fluently – and other languages would be a plus.



· A proven track records from international product/project sales I required.



As a person, you are an excellent networker with very strong communication skills. You are great with customers and with you stamina and previous track record, you thrive – and are motivated by – closing deals and ensuring that all details are in place. With your drive, energy and sales talent, you are able to meet our ambitious goals while at the same time motivating and inspiring your colleagues.
