Creative Media Advisor - German

This is a full-time, permanent position providing the opportunity to work either onsite or as an At-Home Advisor from your own home. For work-from-home criteria, please see additional requirements.
Key Qualifications
- Fluency in English and the above specified language requirement.
- Familiarity with digital photography, digital music and common video formats
- Understanding of word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation applications
- Ability to manage critical issues from other queues
- Advanced judgement, negotiation and structured problem solving methodologies
- Passionate about supporting both internal and external customers
- Experience troubleshooting multiple Apple product lines and knowledge of MacOS, iOS and iCloud technologies is necessary
- Demonstrated knowledge of call management skills and Apple tools
- Strong time management and multitasking abilities
- Excellent social skills and ability to adapt to different communication styles
- Resourceful and flexible to job needs
Description
The Creative Media Advisor is responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction by providing telephone technical support for Apple's line of consumer creative applications (Photos, iMovie, GarageBand, Keynote, Numbers, Pages, etc.). Advisors in this position handle questions and issues that usually focus on specific product segments, addressing both hardware and software issues. In addition, Advisors are responsible for effectively positioning and selling Apple's support products and technical solutions. When needed, the role is also responsible for reporting and raising issues and problems through appropriate channels.
