About the organisation
The Maze is a fancy restaurant close to Lyon.
Open as a bistrot from monday to friday (lunch time only)
Then thursday, friday and saturday night, we have one part as a Bar/tapas and one part as fine dining restaurant.
Friday and saturday night from 11.30pm the bar/tapas and the fine dining restaurant change the atmosphere to be a nightclub until 4am
