Sourcing Manager (Finland)
TELUS International is looking for a Global Community Sourcing Manager in Tampere, Finland
Global Community Sourcing Manager will be driving the strategy and develop processes for AI business resourcing needs.
JOB DUTIES

Manage recruitment teams
-
Proactively monitor and evaluate resource pools and recalibrate sourcing strategy as needed.

Identify suitable resourcing strategies for different kind of programs/projects

Manage availability and capacity of the global recruitment teams
-
Responsible for leadership, development, implementation and administration of recruitment programs and drive execution of an effective short-term and long-term recruiting strategy to meet objectives
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES
-
Drive strategy to build up the global recruitment team of employees in different sites and in-country recruiters to work on-demand in countries of interest

Collaborate with Program Directors and Managers to fulfill requirements, initiate proposals and estimates for new opportunities as well as development of existing accounts

Create and manage Key Performance Indicators to measure the effectiveness of the recruitment team

Document best recruitment practices across different project types and countries

Strong experience in developing strategies to leverage various social media recruitment - Internet, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, formal/informal networks - to directly and indirectly attract and source qualified candidates.

Responsible for analyzing data to identify gaps and trends. Contribute to development of recruiting metrics and analytics to help guide decision making, measure team productivity, and program ROI

Identify opportunities to drive process improvement and create efficiencies

Facilitate and lead meetings to discuss key initiatives and projects with recruiting team and client groups

QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS

Bachelor’s Degree

4+ years of recruiting and coordination / management experience

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to effectively present information to internal and external associates.

Demonstrated ability to lead team in organizing and prioritizing projects in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented business environment

Ability to mentor, coach and provide direction to a team of employees

Solid understanding of the organization's business operations and industry

Experience scaling a recruiting team

Demonstrated talent with critical thinking; ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret.
