Spa and Front of House Receptionists
Required Skills & Experience
Previous experience in customer service or a Front of House role is preferred but not a requisite
Expert in improving guest satisfaction and developing innovative guest experiences
Ability to work in a team environment
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Detail-oriented • Excellent communication skills
Hands-on work ethic
Self-motivated, able to take initiative and multi task efficiently
What you will be doing :
Assisting departmental SOP’s to ensure our guests receive a warm, friendly and efficient welcome at all times
Establishing personal guest contact and promoting feedback for potential improvement
Proactively anticipating guest needs and requests
Maintaining a high standard of communication with all departments
