SW Test Automation Engineer
We are currently looking for SW Test Automation Engineer to join our customer’s Etteplan Software Testing team in Turku. In this position you have the possibility to participate in software testing and software test automation projects in several interesting industry sectors. As a SW Test Automation Engineer your work will consist of testing: control system testing, executing tests and reviewing results. Part of your job is also reporting, documenting, reviewing and analysing.
What we value?
- 2-5 years experience in software test automation development tools and libraries, eg. Robot
Framework, Jenkins, Git - Embedded/electrical background
- Experience of Virtual Machine, Polarion and Diagnostic tools
- Experience in Python and some other scripting language
- Experience in SW testing projects (E.g. web, cloud, mobile or embedded SW testing)
- Experience in Scrum
- An innovative, enthusiastic, interactive and customer oriented ”can-do” attitude
- Very good communication skills in English

The following competencies must be in hands-on level
- At least 2-5 years’ experience in product testing (android, mobile)
- Manual testing experience
- At least basic-level skills in Robot Framework environment
- At least basic-level skills in Jenkins environment
- Experience of Polarion, Virtual Machine and Diagnostic tools
- Programming experience with Python
- Testing experience with Android devices or similar
Location of this project work is in Turku, Finland. Even though it’s a project now in Turku, after this you still have a permanent employment agreement with Etteplan. The work starts in the beginning of April 2002. Applicants for the position must pass the standard or concise security clearance in accordance to ”Turvallisuusselvityslaki 2014/721”.
