Sourcing Lead (Finland)
TELUS International is looking for Sourcing Lead to join our team in Tampere, Finland.
Responsibilities

Helps setting and continually manages project expectations while actively sourcing and coordinating deliverable with team members, candidates, and leadership

Prepares content for job adverts, training materials and process documentation

Develops relevant and adaptable strategies to lead, coordinate and monitor the projects’ advertisement, recruitment and onboarding teams

Data analysis, tracking and strategy development to reach project targets
-
Provide status reporting regarding project milestones, deliverable, dependencies, risks and issues, communicating across leadership
-
Communicate and mediate between candidates, organizations and leadership teams to meet project targets and assure quality
-
Develop ways to bring ideas to execution

Understand interdependencies between technology, operations and business needs
-
Promptly resolve issues, working across teams
-
Support and backup for the Sourcing Manager
-
Other role related duties as assigned, dependent on program growth
Education/Requirements:
-
Minimum requirements include a bachelor’s degree with at least 2-year experience in Sourcing/Recruitment/Talent Acquisition.

High English Proficiency is a must.

Excellent skills in coordination, resource planning and estimation

Highly organized and able to handle tight deadlines

Self motivated; able to follow directions, multi-task, and work independently

Tech savvy, proficiency with Microsoft Office and GSuite tools, particularly comfortable with online platforms

Strong interpersonal, organizational and communication skills

Expertise in sourcing via social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram etc.)

Proactive, able to flag possible risks in the completion of the assignments and identify solutions.

Genuine interest in diverse languages and cultures and AI technologies

Sense of humor and positive attitude
Valid work authorization in Finland.
