About the department

You get the opportunity to work on the World’s biggest insulin plant. You will coorperate with the local HR partner, who has a dotted line to the Vice President heading up the plant. You will therefore get a complex understanding on the important HR processes and tasks in a production area regarding to recruitment, development and retention of managers and employees.



The job

You will support the HR partner allocated to the insulin plant in regards to secure timely and correct reporting on HR data. As the insulin plant is ramping up employees continuously, recruitment is a prioritized task across the departments. As an intern you will help to implement a new started HR Dashboard, which among others secures timely recruitment of employees, an overview of absence, improvement of already existing systems for on-boarding of employees as well as improving the local system for training and competence development.



In connection to the above mentioned tasks/projects you will work and support other HR related tasks.



Qualifications

We are looking for an intern who is passionate about human relations. You are currently studying on your master’s degree in Human Relation or Psychology. General knowledge of HR reporting, on-boarding and training are preferred. We expect candidates to be service minded, thrive in a busy environment and bring a can-do attitude. Fluency in both oral and written English; ability to manage a large volume of projects (with supervision); sound personal judgment; and excellent interpersonal skills are required.



You are an outgoing person with a strong personal drive and dedication. You have professional and personal impact that is reflected in your desire to take initiative. In addition, you have a healthy sense of humour to your work – even when the pressure is on. Finally, you must have strong work ethics and willingness to take responsibility for your own learning.



Practicalities

Requirement: Students in their first or second year of their master studies.

Period: The internship position is a full-time position for 4-6 months.

Start date: 1st of February or earlier if possible
