If so, Novo Nordisk has a position for you as IT HR Business Consultant within Corporate IT.
About the department
The position is anchored in our IT Academy in IT Shared Services. The department is responsible for Business Consultants, Business IT Graduates as well as our IT Academy. The IT Academy is a recently established unit focusing on competency development and Global IT Training.
The job
You will drive our on-boarding programme and our Career and Competency framework in Corporate IT. You will also play a key role in managing our communities for IT professionals; communities where focus lies on competency development, knowledge sharing and networking on a global scale.
These activities will involve you in the global IT organisation as well as in the Human Resource areas across Novo Nordisk. You will develop a close relationship to our IT professionals in the Global IT organisation through planning and execution of learning events throughout the year.
Qualifications
We are looking for an IT HR Business Consultant who is passionate about competency development and people development within IT. You have a Master’s degree in Human Resources, IT or another relevant field combined with at least 2 -3 years of working experience. You have a positive attitude towards new tasks and responsibilities, and are eager to make sure things are planned and executed. You have a strong track record of building relationships and communicating with stakeholders at various levels, both internally and externally. You are familiar with collaboration across organisations and geographies. You are recognised for being highly independent and pro-active, as well as possess a quality mind-set. You are fluent in written and spoken English at a professional level.
