The Global Market Access Graduate Programme
Want to be a part of the next wave of pharmaceutical marketing ensuring that patients worldwide get access to life changing medicines? With the Novo Nordisk’s Global Market Access Graduate Programme you will gain experience with supporting product value and providing patient access through data analysis and health economic evidence.
During the programme you will build a wide range of market access competencies, including health economics and value communication, pricing analytics, payer engagement and collaborations and reimbursement submissions. Professionally, you will participate and get experience from working with one or more drug products and therapeutic areas, working on general tasks and learning how to coordinate various aspects of health economic and outcomes assessments for those products.
Develop an international network
The Global Market Access Graduate Programme is a 2-year journey consisting of three 8-month rotations within market access at headquarters and affiliate level at Novo Nordisk:
One rotation in Market Access at our corporate headquarters in Denmark
Two rotations in one of our global regional offices or local affiliates
Global opportunities
After successfully completing the programme you will have the necessary professional and personal skills to embark on a career in Novo Nordisk with, for example, a permanent position as a Global Market Access Manager, Global Pricing Manager, or Health Economics and Outcomes Research Manager. While you could be based in Denmark, your broad network and international experience from the programme will provide global career opportunities.
Qualifications
You have a 2015 or 2016 master’s degree or PhD in econometrics, pharmacoeconomics, outcomes research, public health, pharmacy administration or related field with solid technical skills. You must possess effective oral and written communication skills and you are fluent in both oral and written English. You have an international mind-set and team-player skills.
