ECCO is looking for Consumer & Market Insight Specialist, Market Analytics & Business Insights. In the Global Consumer & Market Insight team, we are looking for a professional with strong analytical & strategic skills who can apply those skills to inspire & empower the organization with category insights to grow the ECCO business and help shape strategy. Job Profile: The CMI Specialist, monitor, collect and provide market insights to a large range of global stakeholders to ensure a strategic understanding of the dynamics within the footwear category. A key part of the role is to proactively collect information and consolidate knowledge into strategic, actionable insights that inspire new thinking and opportunities for growth. The CMI specialist closely monitor key competitors activities and launches and provide in-depth strategic understanding of key competitors, spot new trends and analyze anticipated moves to build strategic competitor profiles through social listening, reports, panels and other existing information. Part of the role include close co-operation with markets and experts to provide a clear picture of market trends within, styles, colors, silhouettes, materials etc. and act as sparring partner to inspire future collection planning. Furthermore, build and expand a transparent business insight sharing tool to effectively reach global stakeholder with news feet. As part of the global CMI team the CMI Specialist leverage existing Consumer, Brand & Business insights as part of the knowledge sharing platform. In the role as market expert, the CMI Specialist will participate in strategy projects and support management with ad hoc tasks. Qualifications and Work Experience: •Experience from an insight/business partner role in a global environment with many stakeholders. •Preferably a Master degree in Marketing, strategy, Statistics or similar. •2+ years’ practical experience from either the agency side or global B-t-C Company. •Curious, outgoing personality with high energy and focus on the results. •Excellent problem-solver and strategic thinker. •Truly global mind-set and strong networking skills to build positive relations. •Good communication and collaboration skills. •Fluent in English We offer: We offer a challenging and varied job in an international company constantly developing, and characterized by an informal environment and a good cooperation, where good initiatives and ideas are valued.
