Are you good at providing first or second line support and ready to move a step ahead to third line support? If yes, we have a unique opportunity for you because we are looking for an Application Manager to Online Traiding IT.
Your main responsibilities are to act as the responsible application provider for Online saving & investment advice (OSIA) together with your co Application Managers.
The position we offer
You work by covering all aspects of being responsible for the IT applications that enable customers to trade stocks and bonds. You will work with colleagues across the Nordics and towards our development centre in India.
Your daily work will also entail working close with different stakeholders from the business and suppliers in and outside Nordea and make sure that the business stakeholders are consistently updated with information when needed. This could be seen in scenarios such as when an IT challenge, during the purchase of stocks, is discovered you are the business’ contact towards finding the solution, in which you contact the developers and thereby coordinate the process.
You will work with implementing new features in our online solutions, and you will support the scrum teams with your knowledge about the OSIA platform.
The qualifications you need
There can be several roads to become Application Manager in OSIA, but you have an understanding for the Savings and investment domain or understand the process of trading with stocks and bonds. Most important is your attitude to serve our business partners, customers and that you take great responsibility to finalize deliveries on time.
Good communication and cooperation skills are necessary when you work in cooperation with business and IT stakeholders as well as with external vendors. An important part of your work is the daily communication and reporting to all involved parties while also providing solid support to end-users of your application. It is natural for you to take the driver role in tasks and it is important for you to see our services from a customer point of view.
