“Hotel & Brasserie På Torvet” was taken over on 1 January by Katrine and Morten Arnfeldt, who have also run the successful Arnfeldt Hotel & Restaurant since 2017. Morten is a trained chef and previously worked at Michelin restaurants in London with Gordon Ramsay, Marcus Wareing and Philip Howard. He has also distinguished himself on the Danish gastronomic scene, with his own gourmet restaurant in Copenhagen, and most recently with admission to Gastro Fyn.
