Sourcing Specialist (Finland)

TELUS International is looking for new talents for our Tampere team!

The Sourcing Specialist identifies appropriate audiences, advertises openings and onboards resources into the company’s pools.

Responsibilities:

• Identify appropriate advertisement channels for a variety of projects or programs

• Integrate Internet, social media and professional networking in recruitment strategies

• Create and post job adverts

• Source and screen and qualify candidates

• Build networks to find qualified passive candidates

• Proactively search for ways to improve and streamline sourcing processes, build team collaboration and add value for our customers

• Lead and mentor team members to ensure development and delivery of recruitment priorities

Requirements:

• Excellent English language skills

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Language studies / Communication / Media / Advertisement / Marketing / Public Relations

• Good knowledge and experience with office applications (word processor and spreadsheets)

• Strong cross-cultural communication skills; natural, persuasive and engaging communicator with internal and external organizational members

• Genuine interest in diverse languages and cultures

• Strong customer service focus

• Strong focus on cherishing and building up TELUS International AI Inc. employer image

• Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills

• Able to adapt workflow to new requirements

• Ability to work in a multi-cultural global environment

• Minimum 1-year experience in sourcing roles

Valid work authorization in Finland.
