Sales and Marketing Executive
Reporting To: Sales & Marketing Manager
Main Duties:

To be available for your role as Sales & Marketing Executive Monday – Friday and on occasion outside of these times when the business requires flexibility – evening events / weekend sales. This is a fulltime role.

Advertising and Promotion of all business outlets within the business.

To ensure consistent and appropriate updating of all Social media channels belonging to the
business.

Updating of websites for business.

Ensure online content and imagery is correct and up to date.

To ensure collateral and marketing materials for the business meet brand standard.

Public Relations and coordinating relevant PR to media organizations outside of the
business.

Coordination of photography, graphic design and video production.
Main Purpose of Job: Assist with the successful promotion & marketing of the hotel and the various businesses within the hotel. To grow sales and engage with
clients and management to this end.

To assist with sales promotions, trade and consumer shows where necessary.

Be available to show clients around the property and represent the company in a
professional manner.

Special event coordination and marketing as required.

Ensure sales leads for clients are quoted and followed up on.

To abide by all companies regulations and policies.

To ensure a high standard of professionalism at all times with clients and business partners.

To attend sales and management / other meetings as required.

National and international travel is required at times.
17. To ensure that all reasonable care is taken for the health and safety of yourself, other employees, guests and other persons on the premises.

- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- Strong analytical skills
- Commercial awareness
- Creativity & confidence
- Graduate in marketing
- Must be highly organised with the ability to work independently on projects, within a fast-paced environment
- 2+ years’ experience working in a digital marketing ideally in an agency environment.
