Tandem is highly specialized in the slow-cooking sauces of the local tradition: the Neapolitan Ragù and the

Onion Genovese, which need to cook at least eight hours. In seven years we’ve opened four restaurants, a

pizzeria and two take-away places.

We are looking for new staff as waiters, bartenders, welcome service and front desk employees.

The costumers in our restaurants are higly varied: from neapolitan families to individual tourists to huge groups - all of them coming to Tandem as it has become synonimous of a warm, hartly place where to taste and live the authentic experience of the "grandmothers' house Sunday lunch". All the staff is therefore part of this atmosphere, relaxed but professional, caring and nice, able to work under stress with calm and lucidity, keeping the high spirit of a warm, family-like restaurant.

Ability to work in team, feel part of a group, seeking for creative responses to the different chanllenges, as much as good manners and caring attitude is requested and will be verified quite strictly.
