Nets is one of the leading suppliers of merchant payment solutions in all Nordic markets.
We are now looking for experienced Nordic Product Lead for POS Solutions. You will have the opportunity to participate to company’s transformation and we offer you an exciting position as part of the Product area where you will translate needs from our customers, partners and markets into product innovation projects and bring new payment related services to the market. You will be heading experienced team of 7 product professionals & report to SVP, PM & PD Acceptance Solutions. The role implies a certain amount of travel due Nets business and POS team being active different locations across the Nordics.
Key reponsibilities and tasks
End to end product management responsibility (planning, prioritization, lifecycle management) for POS product line
Identify and drive the development of necessary enablers for reaching BU-strategy related to Nets POS solutions
Ensure a competitive POS product portfolio that drives increased market shares in cooperation with Merchants and partners
Manage and develop existing and new solutions
Drive attractive innovation
Realize revenue and cost synergies (both in own line and total value chain)
In close cooperation with other units within the division and in Nets overall
Secure implementation of central processes according to governance principles in MS
Ensure that the daily operations are in accordance with laws, regulations and instructions
Ensure that proper standards of quality and security are defines and that deliveries are in accordance with these
Achieve goals against agreed objectives
Identification of customer needs, strategic development, planning and follow-up including vendor and partner strategies
Supervisory responsible for employees in own organizational unit
Development of agile product management competencies in own organizational unit
Effective communication and information - internal and external on relevant topics

Ability to analyse customer needs and formulate B2B propositions based on sound understanding of underlying products and technology

Preferred bakcground
Min. 10 years or more of relevant experience
Documented results as a manager
Experience with leading across multiple locations and drive product teams
Thorough experience and understanding of agile software development
Understanding of and experience from the payments industry is a great asset
Experience from working with combined hardware and software solutions in a B2B environment is a plus
