You will join our Market Research team within Insight & Analytics – a part of GN ReSound Global Marketing Department.
Be our research expert
Our market researchers define, conduct and purchase qualitative and quantitative market research studies primarily for stakeholders in Global Marketing. You will contribute with innovative thinking on how to carry out future research and ensuring high quality in deliveries as well as presenting and implementing conclusions and recommendations to relevant parts of the company. Thus, you will be the expert supporting Global Marketing, handling everything from recommending research methods to planning and executing the research projects. Working on and leading several projects at a time, you:
• support stakeholders in defining objective and scope of market research projects, brief market research agencies on objective and scope – and ensure methods and target groups are appropriate
• develop and set up questionnaires and handle data collection via a web based survey system, analyze data and develop reports and presentations based on data
• ensure deliverance on time and of high quality and present results and recommendations to relevant stakeholders in the company
• support Global Marketing Management with ad hoc requests for insights by analyzing available data
Do you have what it takes to make ReSound even more successful?
• You have a Master’s degree and solid knowledge of and experience with market research analysis methods and conducting global market research projects – qualitative as well as quantitative.
• You have experience in leading projects in an international company or a market research agency.
• You have experience with statistical systems as well as excellent Excel skills - and you have knowledge of and experience with statistical market research analytic methods.
• Medico, technology or hearing industry experience is an advantage as is international and/or cross functional experience.
• You are fluent in English.
As a person, you are good at planning and organizing your tasks, as you will have several projects at a time. With your analytical mindset, you pay strong attention to detail and are able to turn data and market research results into strategic insights for decision makers in the company. Finally, you are a strong communicator with good people skills and you have the ability to secure close relationships with key stakeholders across the organization.
