• Professionally handle incoming queries by customers via phone and email
• Process pick up orders
• Provide shipping information and quotations
• Trace packages and requesting proof of delivery
• Provide accurate, up to date information to the clients’ requests
• The primary point of contact by thoroughly and efficiently gather customer information and fulfil customer needs
