Requirements

• Minimum studies: Telecommunications Engineering or Civil Works

• Minimal experience: At least 3 years

• Minimum requirements: German language C1.: English language B2.

- Good use of office tools and management programs

- Autonomy and proactivity.

- RSA training

- Certificate homologated in Germany



Description

We selected the Head of External Plant for the Deployment of fiber optics and towers in Germany, with demonstrable experience in managing FTTH and FTTS equipment and deployment projects.



Functions:

- Direct the activities of the External Plant production process, planning, organizing and controlling all resources and activities, designing short, medium and long term plans.



As assigned FTTH project or towers:

- Manage and control the delivery of the project.

- Responsible for the financial control and planning of the project. (Cost control).

- Guarantee the quality of the network facilities.

- Monitoring and control of subcontractors during the project.

- Responsible for communication with the client and partners during the project.

- Coordination of the team of operators for the FTTH project or assigned towers.

- Direct the processes and activities of:

- Development of the necessary network structures to provide new

services, increase the plant's supply capacity and / or improve quality and

efficiency.

- CdR Planta Interior y Exterior in coordination with the client to create a network

of quality and capacity, with the aim of offering the client new capabilities and

services for clients

- Creation of the Network in the construction of the traditional networks and the

new High Speed Networks covering all the activities of Planning, Contracting,

Work Management, Design, EETT, Installation and Commissioning as all the

additional activities that are necessary

- Design of the works and implementation of the necessary projects for the creation of:

- Networks of end clients of companies and operators, both in telephone

exchanges and in client dependencies, providing the best technicaleconomic

solutions.

- Fixed access network of indoor plant within telephone exchanges and outdoor plant

in urban and interurban environment.

- The multipurpose provincial transport network plant and the outdoor plant network in urban

and interurban environment necessary

- Carrying out the necessary telecommunications projects for compliance

of the regulations in force at the state, regional and local levels.
