As digital content is becoming an even larger part of our product portfolio, we are looking for someone to engage the lifecycle of digital content. Join us in this newly established role and help shape our media landscape. Facilitate communication between digital producers and consumers As Digital Lifecycle Manager, you are responsible for engaging the organisation as well as mapping and continuously optimising our processes regarding asset data creation and delivery. Doing so, you gather input to ensure alignment and coherent behaviour across a broad landscape of stakeholders internally as well as externally. Thus, you talk to a wide array of digital producers across the LEGO Group and report back to our Process and IT organisation on wants and needs related to our IT infrastructure. Your primary tasks include: Analysing, mapping, clarifying and documenting key digital content processes within the organisation in the role as our internal specialist Collecting and structuring input on needs for master and meta data, facilitating the definition of requirements for our existing IT tools and platforms Aligning processes with stakeholders and ensuring their buy-in on processes and workflows Being the driver of digital data quality assurance, ensuring high data quality throughout the entire value chain Inspiring our stakeholders to take a step out of their well-known surroundings to become a part of something much bigger Quality, caring and fun - meet your new team You will join our Digital Assets Management team alongside 8 talented colleagues, who manage everything from images, print ads and animations to TV episodes and many other types of digital content. Our goal is to ensure that assets are made available to our partners when they need it. And while we manage existing workflows, we are also continuously aiming to develop and grow our skills - as a team and individually. Great communicator with digital experience To succeed in this role, you will need to have excellent communication skills. Using your ability to engage stakeholders, you create and facilitate networks across functions with the goal of strengthening collaboration and knowledge sharing on common ground. This you can do because you are an excellent listener. At the same time, you are able to get your point across and inspire change - whether you are talking to someone in your team or a more senior manager. Moreover, you: Have 2+ years of experience from a similar role, allowing you to build strong process mapping skills, and a solid understanding of digital lifecycle management Probably have a degree within the field of information science, digital communication, organisational communication or similar Are an experienced communicator, who is able to visualise complex data and present it in a clear and concise manner to both individuals as well as broader groups Speak and write English fluently, and you are able to travel 20-30 days a year Bringing it to life In the LEGO Group, we succeed together, and you will be part of a global family, where you can use your creativity and enjoy a fun working environment across the LEGO Community.
