On November 11, 2015 LEO Pharma signed a Master Asset Purchase Agreement with the Japanese pharmaceutical company, Astellas Pharma Inc., to acquire Astellas’ global portfolio of dermatology products. To lead and coordinate the integration of this portfolio across the entire organization, an Integration Management Office is established, consisting of 7 people in integration management and planning, finance and communication.

Together with two new colleagues you will form our new IT Integration Team and pave the way towards new successes.

Create warehouses for temporary projects and long-term use.

As Data Warehouse Manager and SAP Data Services Specialist your focus is to create solid data warehouses that meet the business’ requirements – across Integration and Business Intelligence projects. Your data warehouses will be used for reporting & archiving purposes and for temporary storage in business integration projects. In overview your primary tasks will be to:

  • Design, build and maintain the data staging area, the data warehouse, and datamarts handled by the Business Intelligence Group.
  • Utilise the best of SAP Business Objects 4.x, SAP Data Services, SAP Information Steward and MS SQL and Data Vault modelling
  • Implement data flow and transformation and adequate documentation in relation to projects
  • Act as joint technical and operational responsibility – in cooperation with outsourcing partner for the overall platform server administration
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, federal, and international regulations
  • Handle security using authentication, authorisation, roles, entitlements and encryption
  • Monitor data quality, support and facilitate the business in improving the data quality through data life cycle management

Experience within MS SQL and SAP data warehouse technologies.

You have an IT related background backed by solid experience from working with MS SQL and/or SAP data warehouse technologies – across transformation and archiving purposes. If you additionally have experience within Data Vault modelling technique it will benefit your application, however it is no prerequisite to apply.

You know how to create results in cross-organisational projects, and you have the necessary communicative skills to bridge the business’ requirements (non IT-professionals) and the technical opportunities. As member of a new team you must thrive on working in an environment where you and your colleagues will find the answers along the way. This also takes an innovative mindset in combination with a positive and flexible attitude. Finally, you must have a strong command of English, written and spoken.

Global IT

Global IT is LEO’s central IT function. We are +100 dedicated IT professionals, mainly based at the LEO HQ in Ballerup, Greater Copenhagen. We deliver full range IT services to the global organisation in collaboration with our sourcing partners.
