Required knowledge, skills and experience:
- SSS / KV direction chef experience:
- desirable experience in the same or similar jobs
- independence in work
- knowledge of at least one foreign language
- readiness for shift work
- meticulousness, orderliness and systematicity
Areas of responsibility:
- focus on the quality of work and guest satisfaction
- preparation of food, dishes and appetizers according to norms and standards of work
- knowledge of the menu
- responsibility for the correctness of food
- maintaining hygiene and cleanliness of work space and surfaces
- proper and conscientious use of kitchen utensils, equipment and appliances
- performs all other tasks according to the order of the cuisine manager, and in accordance with his professional and other abilities.
