About the job
Our new Complaint Data Coordinator will be a part of our Complaint Team, where we gather, validate and analyze complaint data in order to attain valuable knowledge about our products, logistics, service suppliers etc. We ensure that the complaint process is compliant with existing regulations (ISO and CFR 21), and that complaint procedures is followed by our sister companies and internally.
Furthermore, we ensure that the complaint data are valid, and we are responsible for data extraction used for creating trend data regularly, both for the management, teams and stakeholders.
The team consists of the Complaint Manager and the Complaint Data Coordinator and is a part of our Product Quality function.
Your main tasks and responsibilities:
Secure validation of the complaint data by continuously monitoring the data input and output
Support in extracting data from the Complaint System to secure monthly and ad hoc reporting, for internal and external stakeholders
Support in monitoring of complaint data to secure the right action prioritization
Assist in presenting complaint data and prepare presentations to management and others
In general develop the data reporting area, to improve the data analysis
Be responsible for driving routine tasks in the area (e.g. support Complaint manager in daily task regarding data)
Your background and personal competencies
Throughout your career, you have gained significant experience with handling, validating and analyzing data. You have a considerable interest in the other aspects of the business then data, and you are able to connect with and create value for the business.
In order to achieve success in your new role, you possess the following qualities:
Strong interest in data
Experience with statistics
Capable of connecting data to the business
Detailed oriented, structured and a systematic approach
Innovative and strive to improve
