Do you have relevant experience from working with planning elements in SAP APO? Do you characterize yourself as highly capable in SAP? As APO solution expert, you are having a wide knowledge of the APO solution and usages in Carlsberg in a functional view, a knowledge, which will be used to deliver solutions for changes, resolutions for incidents and input for further development of the APO Solution. You will work in close cooperation with users, solution architects, Business Process Managers, our resolvers in India and of course your solution expert colleagues within the areas of SRM, MM, PP-PI, PM and QM.
The job
As APO Solution expert you will be involved in change requests, incidents, root cause analysis, projects and act as third level support for our external partners, to ensure a high stability in our solutions. Your tasks will, among others, be to:
- Participate in design solutions with resolvers/supporters, solution architects etc.
- Participate in setting priorities of resolutions for incidents with resolvers in India
- Initiate and work with continues improvements and root cause analysis
- Participate in projects within functional areas i.e. planning, production and procurement
- Solve ad hoc issues and task together with business functions and markets
- Participate and ensure an update documentation of the solution.
You will act as Quality Gate in development and delivery of solutions and will ensure alignment together with stakeholders in the WE markets using APO , IT functions, planning functions and external vendors.
Together with other people in the organization you will continuously work on optimizing the solutions and performance on the platform and take necessary initiatives to make improvements.
The Profile
As a solution expert you have a wide knowledge of APO in more of the following areas, DP, SNP/ Deployment, PP/DS, gATP. You have a least 4 years knowledge from working either as internal or external consultant and are used to work with complex solutions.
•You are familiar with configuration, processes and functionalities within SAP APO and SAP ECC
•You have a good knowledge of processes within the planning, procurement and production area
•You are structured, communicative, service-minded and solution-oriented towards your stakeholders
•You like to work in a dynamic organization and are able to work across the organization and cultures, with planning departments, breweries, process owners etc.
•You are able to start and drive initiatives and improvements on your own.
Preferable you also have a good overview of other modules in ECC, eg. MM, PP-PI, SRM, MRP etc,
Travel days to be expected is maximum 15 days a year.
