Key Responsibilities Your main focus and objective in this position will be to manage a dynamic portfolio of projects and further develop our business processes. It is key to provide functional and easy-to-use solutions which is done through your strong ability to engage, communicate and partnering with the business. Managing or participating in projects of varied complexity, you will be developing and supporting the implementation of your projects. It will be up to you to safeguard our standards and to ensure that we find the right solution for the respective projects and make sure to employ the right suppliers. Finally, you will be the driving force in paving the routes of communication between our locations, local and global offshore, rethinking already existing communication channels and bringing new technologies into action. I.e. making sure our offshore rigs have a well-oiled communication platform. Who we are looking for You have experience in partnering with the business in a multicultural organization, a proven ability to communicate with stakeholders at different levels outside the IT organization and experience in getting teams with cross organizational backgrounds working efficiently together.
