For a newly established central User Experience Design team in Nets we are looking for talented and passionate Senior User Experience Designer.
In the User Experience Design team we help the business create great products and services for merchants, banks, consumers and the public sector.
As our new colleague you will take a key role in the user centred design process in Nets through your deep understanding of all the elements of User Experience Design and through creation of well-crafted designs.
In your daily work you will create convincing sketches and detailed interactive prototypes for mobile apps, web sites and other platforms. You will oversee everything from intricate interaction design to the overall information architecture. You will push us to broaden the view to the full services context surrounding the products. You will facilitate design workshops and design reviews and you will plan and execute user tests, surveys and other kinds of user research. All this you will do with a deep dedication and an eagerness to involve colleagues and end users.
This is a senior position. Minimum 5 years of working experience within User Experience Design is required.

Working location: Copenhagen area
Key reponsibilities and tasks
Create excellent and desirable user experiences for merchants, banks, consumers and the public sector.
Work with Product Management, IT and end-users to gather requirements and translate them into product designs.
Develop customer journey maps, wireframes, sketches and prototypes to conceptualize and communicate high-level design strategies and detailed interaction design.
Ensure that the full service design is attended to during product design.
Ensure a tight user focus throughout the product design process.
Preferred background and qualifications
Expert in User-Centred Design methods, techniques, and principles.
A master of creating wireframes and interactive prototypes.
Confident in quickly sketching up ideas and thoughts on paper, in presentations and prototyping software.
Proficient in User Research with experience in planning and executing surveys, user testing, card sorting, tree testing, and other user research methods.
Experience interacting with users, understanding their needs and translating into product designs.
Ability to communicate the necessity and impact of User Experience Design to stakeholders in business and IT units.
Experience with evaluating and improving the full service design surrounding products.
Capable of documenting designs efficiently for implementation by developers in remote locations.
Experience in working with nearshore partners.
