As Scrum Master you will act as a qualified adviser for management supporting different kinds of IT platforms, environments and software and must have deep knowledge and experience within these areas. You will also provide superior support of projects with medium to high complexity.
The position we offer
We offer a position where you will be the anchor for development projects in our department with regards to progress, resources etc. You will be the right hand to the Head of our department and drive projects according to scrum principles including agile practices.
Reporting on progress of projects, operational performance and stability for IAM solutions will also be your responsibility as well as making sound technical decisions and recommendations within the IAM domain.
You will drive, lead and coordinate infrastructure, platforms and tool activities while proactively provide sparring and act as a mentor for scrum/development team members.
This is an area that is currently on an exciting journey of development in order to comply with security demands to the banking sector.
The qualifications you need
You are good at stakeholder management as you will be working with many internal stakeholder such as end-users, management, internal suppliers e.g. HR and user administration etc.
Furthermore, it is an advantage if you have:
- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- 3-5 years of experience as scrum master
- 5+ years of experience with Access Management
- You derive satisfaction and results from working in teams
- Fundamental knowledge and understanding of databases and development (Java),
- Professional scrum master license
- Good knowledge of version control and deployment tools.
- Experience with Access Management processes
