R&D IT - Regulatory Solutions are looking for a new colleague to work in a global team of 6 dedicated, highly skilled colleagues ensuring system maintenance of our global Publishing platform at Novo Nordisk servicing approximately 500 users.
About the department
R&D IT - Regulatory Solutions is part of Corporate IT in Novo Nordisk. You will be part of a highly engaged department of 14 employees managing the EDMS, Publishing, RIM and Labelling processes globally for Novo Nordisk. We manage operations of the systems including, the support processes, new potential changes and the release lifecycles. Working closely with Line of Business, we ensure that their business processes are supported optimally by the IT systems. The position
You are already very experienced within System Maintenance with a thorough understanding of Quality and the ITIL framework, and you have a good understanding of the publishing processes. You will be working to continuously maintain, develop and improve the GxP IT Systems within Novo Nordisk globally, among others our publishing and submission archive systems.
You will have a primary role as IT Quality Control (ITQC) ensuring that the computer system is in compliance with internal and external regulatory requirements in form as well as content. You will be driving and setting the standard within quality on our systems, with an eye for lean and cost efficient solutions and through a close dialogue with our system QA.
The job entails a broad range of IT system management activities. You will also be responsible for aspects of Problem, Change and Release Management collaborating closely with users and super users globally. Further you will participate in audits, facilitating and controlling system changes and converting business requirements into quality system functionality via frequent release activities.
Qualifications
You hold a Master’s degree in engineering, IT, computer science or a related technical discipline. You have 3+ years of experience with GxP systems and their validation requirements, ITIL and System Maintenance. You have 3+ years of IT-project or system maintenance experience with a proven track record of maintaining and developing systems. You have a natural interest in technical aspects and a good understanding of application maintenance. You have 3+ years of experience from the pharmaceutical industry with good understanding of regulatory processes, document management and publishing.
As a person you are dedicated to your tasks, a team player, have a good sense of humour and enjoy a busy, professional but also informal atmosphere. You must be able to work independently as you collaborate with different stakeholders in IT System Management, Regulatory Affairs and vendors at both a global and virtual level. Your structured way of working and general overview enables you to handle several tasks at a time and still keep an ongoing drive for results. You are able to both go into a detailed analysis as well as keeping the overview and setting directions for the vendors and for line of business. You are fluent in both written and spoken English.
