The opportunity

This role will partner throughout the organization in matrix relationships to achieve on-time, high value, standardized WTS processes and procedures to drive WTS operational excellence efficiencies globally.

You will have the opportunity to:

  • Manage and provide guidance and leadership to identify, develop, implement, and monitor the effectiveness of process improvement initiatives focused on improving workplace efficiencies, service quality, and optimal customer service deliverables.
  • Define the overall WTS business process strategy and drive process improvements across WTS Service Delivery pillars to achieve standardized workplace efficiencies, service quality, and optimal customer service deliverables.
  • Develop and lead high performance initiatives and continuous improvements with ownership of process standardization across regions as well as drive lean transformation across all WTS services.
  • Define, drive and execute business process metrics, goals and improvement strategies related to operational excellence transformation (ability to track progress against goals).
  • Lead and motivate WTS cross-functional team members by providing oversight of process documentation and communication improvements.
  • Establish effective working relationships with Service Delivery Managers to achieve results.
  • Develop and implement simplified organizational policies and procedures for the WTS team.
  • Develop and maintain "expert-level" knowledge of various methodologies, regulations, processes, timelines, and general approach underlying WTS current and future services.
  • Prepare management-level reports on an agreed upon cadence to track progress and share with executive level audience to support WTS leadership decisions.

To join our team you will need:

Education:

  • Bachelor degree (Business Administration; Computer Science; Management Information Systems or similar), Master degree in Business Process Engineering or a related field
  • Certifications: Project Management Professional; Business Process Management; Six Sigma Black Belt or Master Black BeltThe candidate should have a technical degree in Mechanics, commercial vehicle mechanics electrics.

Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant process improvement experience with demonstration of successful results.

Languages:

  • Fluent in English. Any other language is an asset.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven strategic and operational skills leading impactful and multiple cross functional process improvement efficiencies.
  • Strategic thinker with end-to-end view who is detail oriented, extremely organized, and can manage multiple programs simultaneously with the urgency of immediate demands on the operations.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and meet critical timelines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven problem-solving skills and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in effective communication with proven history of positive.
  • Capability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization.
  • Extensive knowledge of MS Project, Visio, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint and other process efficiency tools
  • ITIL V3 certificationTravel requirement up to 75% including availability at weekends.
