.Do you have experience in developing test systems? Have you worked with electronic such as hearing aids, headphones, telephones or other electro acoustic devices, and are you ready for new challenges? Then we might have an exciting opportunity for you at Oticon’s HQ in Smørum, Denmark.



The job



In your new job, you will focus on the development of mainly electro-acoustic test systems and continuously improve our practices in our competence center for testing.



Your main focus will be:

Developing electro-acoustic measurement systems in all phases i.e. specifying, developing, testing and documenting

Continuously improving test methods and tools

Be updated on external standards and requirements



You will be part of Oticon’s Test System Development group, a well-functioning, high performing team consisting of 4 people. You can expect limited travel activity.



Your profile



You have at least 5 years of work experience in developing test systems, preferably in relation to small electronics such as cell phones or electro acoustic devices. You know how to document your work according to quality management systems. You have experience with LabVIEW/TestStand and/or MATLAB. Preferably you have knowledge and experience in measuring techniques within the field of electro-acoustics.



You are furthermore used to work with products with a clear user focus, and you know how to network and navigate in a project driven organization in which many cross functional groups work together to reach a common goal.



As a person you are flexible, structured and process oriented. You are self-managed, efficient and able to focus on your goals. You have good communication skills and are the kind of person who involves your team in knowledge sharing and when work has to be specified.



We expect you to hold a Master’s degree or BA in Electronics and you are fluent in English.
