Your future job

As an EMC Development Engineer at Melexis, you will provide technical support to the product development and business development departments.

More specifically, you will

  • Perform EMC simulations on system and board level;
  • Represent Melexis in standardization committees (IEEE, ISO, IEC, ETSI, …);
  • Contribute to the translation of EMC trends on the market, in standardization or in literature into strategic objectives for the EMC team;
  • Support further development of the EMC competence center.

Your profile

  • You possess a PhD degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics or equivalent, with a focus on EMC / electromagnetic compatibility, and preferably a first industry experience.
  • You have an advanced knowledge of EMC standards.
  • You have hands-on experience of EMC simulation software.
  • You have an analytical mindset, and are eager to learn.
  • You have excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • You are willing to travel up to 25%.
  • You are fluent in English.
