Construction Site Manager (m/f)- Fluent in Portuguese and French- Porto

At this moment, Kelly Services is recruiting a Construction Site Manager fluent in French and Portuguese.



Function Description:

- Preparation, planning, management and monitoring ofthe construction;

- Establishment of the operating methods most appropriate to the work;

- Read, interpret and execute written and drawn pieces of project and detail;

- Identify and determine quantities of materials, equipment and manpower required for the execution of the construction;

- Guarantee the supply of materials;

- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD;

- Shipment of materials;

- Study consultation processes and support the budgeting team;

- Coordination of specialties for the progress of the Work;

- Analysis of the work performed, detection of errors, inconsistencies or omissions.



Profile of the candidate:

- Fluent in French and Portuguese;

- Technical knowledge;

- Ability of critical analysis and compatibility of the various projects;

- Ability to perform measurements;

- Ability to execute processes of errors and omissions;

- Ability to execute and organize processes of subcontracts / supplies consultations;

- Leadership ability;

- Dynamic and results oriented;

- Responsible and available;

- Driving license.
