About the organisation
A long long time ago in 2000, our CEO Declan Murphy set up Servisource based in the wee county of Louth where he ran a Temporary Construction desk, where he would collect site workers early on a Monday morning to take them to sites and in some cases even put on a hard hat and get stuck in for the day.
Declan’s sister in law came on board whom was a Nurse at the time and saw an opportunity to enter into the healthcare market recruiting nurses for clients into temporary positions. From here Servisource became one of the fastest growing recruitment agencies in Ireland, specialising in permanent, temporary and contract placements and training across a range of sectors.
In 2012, Declan saw an opportunity to join forces with CPL, one of Irelands largest agencies, to combine our talent and resources and now together we have ranked 14TH in the Great Places to Work.
In Jan 2018, we launched Recruit Island, an island to bring together candidates and clients in one place matching talent to job vacancies.
We now operate a range of divisions including; Healthcare, Homecare, Perm, Admin & Finance and Construction & Warehousing, across our 5 offices in Dundalk, Dublin City, Galway, Cork & Limerick.
