JAWS is a Dutch intermediairy and works as a partner for customers and job seekers in the technical area. At this moment we have two offices, in Terborg (Corporate office) and Nieuwkuijk (since June 2017). As the shortage of staff in the region was increasing, the Kaak Group decided to start a new business, specialized in recruitment of technical candidates for the Kaak Group Companies. The Kaak Group is a worldwide market leader in supplying turn-key machine building projects for the industrial bakery industry. As a member of the Kaak Group, JAWS knows the positions within Kaak and is on the same page with Kaak. Except for Kaak, we work for a wide range of other companies in the region, specializing in the technical area. Besides our specialized knowledge in machine building and the technical production industry, we also work on a business, logistic and production level. Due to our network we have a wide range of customers and candidates and we are primarily active in the region Achterhoek, Liemers and the area of Den Bosch. Our strength lies in our personal approach to customers and candidates. Our Accountmanagers are seen as full partners and trusted advisors. As a regional player in the technical branch we speak the language and are focused on results. All of our Accountmanagers live in the area and know what it means to Recruit in this area. Besides Recruitment we also offer temporary staffing, long term staffing, payroll and HR services. JAWS works along with a Payroll & Backoffice partner which follows the ABU / NBBU. Because of this cooperation you can be assured that JAWS follows all guidelines and laws in national and international staffing. It also makes us flexible and able to deliver a high level of service for our customers and candidates.
