Home Care Group provides patient centered home care service packages to individuals and their families.Our team of Nurses and Health Care Professionals are very dedicated and provide high quality care for a diverse group of clients with multiplw complex care needs. We need Nurses and HCAs to deliver care and support to assist our clients with daily living in their own homes.

Required Education, Skills and Qualifications
- Must hold a recognised qualification at a minimum of 2 QQI modules - Care Skills and Care of the Older Person
- 1 year experience with delivering home care in the community
- Full clean drivers licence and own car preferrable
