About the organisation
Allianssi Youth Exchanges is a Finnish Eures network partner.
We are an established organisation working with a wide variety of European Union funded and other international mobility programs. We believe cross border mobility and intercultural exchanges enhance the work and life skills of young adults remarkably.
Targeted Mobility Scheme (TMS) is a EU mobility scheme with the aim to match employers with hard to fill vacancies with skilled candidates across Europe. Target groups are jobseekers aged 18+ and employers from an EU country, Norway or Iceland. TMS supports jobs and work-based traineeships. European Targeted Mobility Scheme (TMS) offers support for people in taking up employment in the EU, Norway or Iceland including:

financial support such as allowances for travel to an interview, other available allowances are language training, relocation support, family support, supplementary moving support and recognition of qualifications

You should contact a Eures advisor in your home country when you start the application process.You must apply for financial support before you leave your country and before the starting date of your new job/interview date.

The minimum length of the work contract has to be 6 months and in case of a traineeship 3 months.
