We are experiencing a substantial growth in our business and want to attract an ambitious and engaged web editor to our marketing team.
The position
As a web editor, you will become part of our team where we strive to supply the best solutions suited for both the BtB and BtC market. We operate and support both our brand organisation and our sales companies worldwide in different digital channels.
In your new role as web editor, you will play an important role in designing and constructing websites on a concept / UX level, based on the business needs across of our different brands. You will function as a creative and technical sparring partner to product owners, while gapping the space between technical software developers and creative concept creators. When a design concept and brand identity has been developed, it is your job to break this in to concrete elements of an outstanding website with excellent user experience.
The main responsibilities include:
- Design and definition of website elements within our different brands
- Architectural Structure
- Internal coordination with development team
- Train webmasters in templates and generic website elements
- Structural content upload in relevant systems according to specifications
- Technical support to super users in our sales companies
Your background
In order for you to be successful in this position, you have a good knowledge about website structure, navigation principles, information architecture (IA), user experience (UX), and you know how to create a seamless user experience that helps the user in the right way.
You hold a degree at M.Sc. level maybe cand.merc or cand.IT, but your educational background is not of primary importance, we are looking more at your career history. The ideal candidate has a background from a digital agency or a larger international marketing department.
We expect you to be structured and you need to have a great overview. We are looking for a proactive, dynamic person, who finds it easy establishing and maintaining personal relations across a large organization and with multiple interfaces. You have a great knowledge within web communication. Lastly, we expect you to have great experience within CMS platforms, preferably SiteCore.
