Though your work mainly takes a hands-on approach, you will also handle documentation assignments.

Part of your job is to take part in maintaining equipment and cell culture facilities in compliance with CMC GMP policies. You prepare all equipment ahead of production as well as participate in the production itself. The manufacturing department consists of three project teams and one support team. You will be part of one of the three project teams, which consists of both scientists and technicians. The team has upstream and downstream processing know-how, and is working together on execution of processes from thaw of vial to final fill.

In upstream, we are working with cell culture technology and operate both large-scale steel bioreactors and single-use (disposable) bioreactors and we are responsible for recovery of API. The type of production is primarily cell culture fed-batch processes, but we also have the expertise of handling perfusion processes (ATF, BioSep).

Experience with cultivation of mammalian cell cultures

You have a technical process operator or technician/tekniker and you bring some of the following competencies and experiences:

- Cultivation of mammalian cell cultures in production scale.

- Handling of bioreactors and shakers.

Finally, you are a goal oriented team player, a good collaborator and have good communication skills.
