Senior R&D Engineer within Audiology

Your team and tasks
You will be part of the audiological requirements team consisting of 15 dedicated audiologists and developers with various international backgrounds. With your new colleagues, you will be responsible for filling the innovation pipeline and will together with software developers be responsible for getting the functionality implemented in the final products
The successful candidate will have the ability to collaborate closely with a broad range of stakeholders within R&D and Marketing and integrate their inputs to the creation of new audiological solutions.
Your tasks will include
End-user and customer need analysis
Audiological idea generation
System analysis, requirements and some design
A strong focus on technical audiology in the fitting software
Acoustic measurements
Prototyping in e.g. Matlab,

Your background
We expect you to hold at least a M.Sc. in Engineering or similar, within audiology, psychoacoustics, acoustics or similar. You have a strong interest in R&D and can work with structured development using requirements, guidelines and documentation.
If you previously have worked with hearing aids, fitting software, audio diagnostic equipment and/or hearing impairment it will be an advantage.
