You should expect approx. 10-30 travel days per year. Product development from A to Z With reference to the Head of Project Management/Project Office in Residential Heating R&D, you will drive and manage cross-functional product development teams from business proposal (M0) until products are introduced on the market (M5). You will also lead other types of projects, such as product adaptations and cost-down activities in or without defined project teams. You will be responsible for delivering in accordance with the requirements, milestones and deadlines defined, and it is crucial for you to have the ability to enable a high performance level in the project team and ensure a setup for success in the projects. Furthermore, you will •Organise, lead, inspire and motivate the project team and create clear and attainable project targets •Keep focus on timely completion, meeting quality and cost •Facilitate structured problem solving, thus mitigating risks •Ensure clear communication with customers, management and stakeholders about requirements, progress and deliveries Strong communicator with the skills and desire to cooperate You have an engineering degree in software/electronics/mechatronics or similar technical background, and some years’ experience with development of mechatronics products. Moreover, you master all the basic project management tools and have some years’ experience with project management of teams of 5-10 people and, preferably, a PMI or Prince2 certification. You work persistently to achieve goals, and have strong cooperation skills to develop solid relations – also to external partners. In addition, you are an inspiring leader with a global mind-set and solid people management skills, which are fundamental in this job when managing colleagues of various nationalities and backgrounds. You are also characterised by drive and a positive attitude, and you show a willingness to challenge assumptions and setup to ensure a successful execution of projects. Finally, you have a strong business understanding and an interest in heating and indoor climate systems, and you are proficient in written and spoken English.
