Begin the journey of a lifetime from September 2016

Novo Nordisk’s Product Supply Graduate Programme is the perfect springboard for launching a truly challenging global career. Join our successful global pharmaceutical company, which is the world-renowned leader in diabetes care. You will have the opportunity to use your master’s degree from 2015 or 2016 to change lives and develop your personal and professional skills.

The Product Supply Graduate Programme

Product Supply is the manufacturing part of Novo Nordisk, responsible for the production and distribution of unique quality products, supplying more than 24 million patients yearly. The Programme provides you with a variety of tasks, training and feedback within LEAN and leadership to strengthen your potential to take up a future people management position.

Develop an international network

The Product Supply Graduate Programme is a 2-year journey consisting of three 8-month rotations:

Two rotations in Denmark

One rotation at an international production site

Global opportunities

After successfully completing the programme you will have further developed the professional and personal skills to embark on a career at Novo Nordisk within people management in our production facilities. While you will probably start your permanent career in Denmark your broad network and international experience from the programme will provide global career opportunities.

Requirements

To join the Product Supply Graduate Programme you must hold a master’s degree from 2015 or 2016 in a subject relevant for a future people management position within a production environment such as Engineering, Natural Sciences or Business Management. You have minimum 1 year of work experience during or after your studies.

It is your strong people skills, natural leadership abilities, drive and ability to take control of your own development that will get you a position on our programme. In addition, you need to have top-of-the-class academic results and be fluent in written and spoken English.

You need to be highly ambitious, yet have a team player mind-set and would like to work in a global and culturally-diverse organisation.

Apply here before 10 January 2016

If you think you have what it takes to change lives, submit your motivational letter, CV (in English) and a 1-minute video response answering the question “Why should anyone be led by you?”. Upload a copy of your master’s certificate - or latest copy of your grade transcript, if you are still studying.
