The Imperial Hotel is currently looking for a Mixologist for our cocktail bar, Sketch. The ideal candidate would have:
- Excellent knowledge of cocktails, spirits and beverage
- Flair bar-tending
- Superb attention to detail
- Must be focused on providing excellent customer service
- Will have the ability to work well in a busy environment
- Must have excellent time keeping skills
- Fluent English is essential
Key Responsibilities of this role are:
- To offer the highest level of guest service in our food and beverage outlets
- To ensure The Imperial Hotel standards are achieved at all times
- Excellent customer service skills
- To ensure that all hygiene regulations are adhered to at all times
- To work as part of the team, and being flexible at all times
- To promote sales within the department and across the hotel
- Flexibility to work across other departments in hotel if required
Meals provided.
