Are you the management consultant we are looking for? Here is a great opportunity to be a part of Ramboll’s Global Account programme and act as an internal consultant developing and facilitating implementation of key account approaches in the business.
As managing consultant you will assist in preparing and facilitating Global Account Manager (GAM) meetings and Executive Sponsor meetings, and assist in reporting on programme progress to Group Market Committee and Group Executive Board.
Your responsibilities as Managing Consultant
The Global Account programme includes several tasks. You will be responsible for assisting GAM in preparation of Account Plan and Relationship Programmes, ensuring high quality and compliance with Group wide templates and assisting in setting SMART goals and KPIs for each Global Account. You will support the overall development of the Global Account Programme, including assessments of possible improvements, recommendations for new initiatives and supporting other ad hoc decisions. Furthermore, you will be responsible for coordinating and setting up high level client meetings at Executive level in cooperation with Group secretariat and GAM, including assisting in preparatory meetings. Other tasks concern:
- Responsibility for monthly cockpit reporting provided to the GAMs and quarterly reporting to the GEB
- Responsibility for setting up and preparing quarterly progress meetings with each GAM and Executive Sponsor
- Facilitation of on-boarding of new Accounts to the Programme
- Assistance in preparing and facilitating bi-yearly meetings with Executive Sponsors as well as common bi-yearly meetings with all GAM
As a managing consultant you will furthermore assist in developing and supporting the overall development of key account management approaches in Ramboll through assisting the Principle Business Units (PBUs) on an ad hoc basis in setting up key account programmes or approaches, including presenting concepts, running workshops with relevant stakeholders and provide general support. Furthermore, you will assist with the following:
- Developing KAM tools to assist the PBUs
- Developing policy guidelines on account management
You and your competencies
Ideally, you have experience from working as a management consultant or from working with sales development or business intelligence, preferably experience with tendering, strategic selling and solution selling. You have a relevant educational background in business administration, social sciences or engineering. Moreover, you have project management experience and experience with stakeholder and change management in large organisations is an advantage.
Furthermore, we expect you to have the following personal competences:
- Ability to work independent and highly systematic.
- An eye for the details while at the same time the capacity to drive projects right to the end.
- Comfortable interacting with high level executives.
- Great communicator, open-minded, transparent and robust.
Join the cooperate function for Markets and Sales Excellence team
You will be joining the Cooperate function for Markets and Sales Excellence. The primary task in the department is to support general market and business development. The department is responsible for Group-wide market development initiatives and coordination activities, global market development within Planning and Urban Design, Transport and Buildings, and we are responsible for sales excellence initiatives as part of our Competitive Platform programme, including key account work, and the Global Account Programme, as well as Ramboll Sales Academy.
Here, you will be part of a small team consisting of 7 other colleagues, all with different responsibilities but working closely together to achieve our common goals ensuring that Ramboll is fit for meeting the demands in the market and be a client centric organisation.
