Take the chance to work at one of Sweden's most internationally renowned hotels, Icehotel. We are an annual and world-unique art project of snow and ice from the Torne River. We are passionate about creating life-enriching experiences and we live with nature in everything we do. We arrange activities close to nature and culinary food experiences in collaboration with carefully selected subcontractors as a complement to the art of ice cream.
The business consists of three restaurants: Ice Restaurant, Restaurant Veranda and Hembygdsgården. Each restaurant has its own unique feature with a Nordic theme as a base. In addition to this, the kitchen staff is also responsible for the food served out on our trips and events, which means that there is sometimes high pressure interspersed with periods of calm.
We are happy to see that you who are applying have a heart for locally produced and use nature as a kitchen and pantry. You have at least a few years' experience as a chef, the merit is that you have a longer experience in handling breakfast buffet, chef table and / or á la carte. In other respects, we see that you have a genuine interest in food, an ability to work in teams and an effort to complete the work with energy and positivity.
