FLC Tunnel Group North I/S - Quality Engineer - Audit for the Femern Project

Key activities
- Establishes, implements, and maintains the FLC Quality Management System and ensures it is cascaded down at all levels of the organisation.
- Supports the Project Management Team and the Process Owners for all matters related to Quality Management.
- Perform audit process through project lifecycle.
Main responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain the 6 months lookahead audit schedule.
- Coordinate related parties (Owner, project team, auditors, auditees) to organize and perform audits.
- Review related audit inputs and develop audit plans, checklists, audit reports and NCRs.
- Perform the audits as lead/co-auditor
- Monitor audit findings and ensure they are closed in a timely manner.
- Supports the FLC Team in defining and monitoring corrective actions when appropriate and participate to their communication by establishing good practices and quality alerts reports that are spread through the organisation.
- Support process owners for the management review process and follows planned actions.
- Supports the maintenance and improvement of the quality management manual and related documents in relation with the Quality Manager.
- Supports that quality requirements are incorporated and cascaded down in each process and at all levels of organisation.
- Assists the FLC Team in the implementation of the quality management system in FLC activities and towards subcontractors and suppliers.
- Assists the FLC Team for issuing the necessary as built documentation as the project progress.
- Demonstrates a personal commitment to quality
Skills & Experience
- Experience in quality management, site inspections incl. audit.
- The position requires a combination of strong technical, analytical and innovative skills.
- Good interpersonal, organization skills and ability to work independently are essential.
- Good communication skills and an aptitude for taking initiatives are essential, as is the ability to work in multi-disciplinary teams.
- Ability to manage the relationship with key stakeholders.
We are looking for someone, who has
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Science or Engineering discipline
- Minimum 5 years of experience on Quality Management Systems & Audits
- High standard of written and spoken English
