Group Visabeira is searching for a Continuous Improvement Responsible for one of our factories, located in Leiria.
What will you be doing?
You will be responsible for managing continuous improvement projects, helping to spread Leans’ culture within the factory. You must apply and provide training on Lean’s tools being responsible also for review suggestions.
What are we looking for?
- Graduation in Engineering (Industrial Management, Mechanic or Materials);
- 2 years minimum of professional experience in the area;
- Knowledge of Leans’ Tools;
- A leader with a critical mind, a strong analytical ability and communication skills;
- Advanced Microsoft office knowledge, namely Excel and word;
- Good English knowledge;
