Your responsibilities as Compliance Consultant
Through close cooperation with the customer and project management you use your analytical skills to validate IT systems and ensure that they meet user requirements and regulatory requirements. You will primarily be on tasks for Life Science customers but it can also be in other regulated industries. It is important that you can adapt yourself to each client's needs and interpretation of regulatory requirements as they may be very different.
In the position you will be responsible for quality planning, use your experience in risk-based quality assurance and ensuring the development of specifications and test strategies, so the total IT delivery meets customer needs and regulatory requirements. You are also responsible for test planning and that it is delivered on time. You follow up on project milestones and ensure reporting on the quality assurance activities.
As compliance consultant is required that you are always at the forefront of the latest knowledge in the field and you put your knowledge into play in your projects with the customer. You must also help to develop our growing portfolio of valuable services.
The position gives you a high degree of international aspects, both by traveling to our European customers, as well as via your responsibility for offshore work in our offices in China.
You will be part of our Compliance & Validation team
You will be colleague to more than 40 skilled consultants in Denmark and about 35 colleagues in China and the Philippines. We are committed to consulting services focused on validation and quality management of IT systems, primarily within the Life Science segment, but also other regulated industries. In addition to taking responsibility for complex consulting services in large IT development projects, we also provide customers with strategic advice on compliance with regulatory requirements (validation, quality assurance and documentation) and process improvements in IT systems, ongoing maintenance and operation.
It is important for us that you continuously develop personally and professionally. Therefore, we focus on your skills through interesting assignments, relevant training, and personal development plans.
The team is part of the Solutions division responsible for advising our customers on business and technology as well as designing and implementing IT solutions and applications.
Qualifications and experience
You have a higher education and solid experience in quality assurance of IT systems within the life sciences segment.
Work wise, you have profound experience working with validation of IT systems for external customers or internal in your organization. You like to participate in long-term projects in the validation of IT systems or improve the quality of IT operations for the pharmaceutical industry and you have good knowledge of all phases of the V-model and GAMP5.
You are driven by the consultant role and having to advise and spar with clients at a high professional level, where there are challenging requirements for your professional and personal skills. You enjoy being in an environment with customers, where a number of stakeholders need to be consulted. Further, you are proactive in your approach to tasks and good for capturing leads on potential new tasks.
You are motivated to keep you at the forefront of the professional development within the IT system development, quality management and process development. You like to finish tasks, and you stick to the plan and focus on deadlines.
You communicate clearly in English.
