Chef

The Alcock and Brown Hotel is seeking a Chef or experienced Sous Chef to commence work as soon as possible. Experience of a similar role is required. We are happy for the position to be filled on a full time or a seasonal basis, and in that respect the Hotel is very flexible. The Chef will work with the existing team in developing suitable menus for our Restuarant and Bar and also for our seasonal lunch facility. He / She will work closely with the owner in respect of ordering and stock control and service delivery. If required, accommodation is available and can form part of any pay and benifits package.

The Alcock and Brown Hotel is a small, family run,boutique style hotel, situated in the centre of Clifden town. Clifden is in beautiful Connemara and right at the centre of The Wild Atlantic Way. The town is very busy from April to October and quietens down over the winter months.
